Took it to another tv. Hooked up via HDMI. It worked. Brought it back to my TV and it worked. Weird.

What I did was power it off. Then I kept power down for 2 beeps and then it turned off. Then I let go and I kept power down again this time it made a beep and then two beeps really close together.

You're holding it as you power it on until you hear an extra beep (or multiple, can't remember), yes? If so, that's odd. That should get you a working screen....

When I hold the power button now on HDMI it says 720X480 but there is no picture On composite it says mode not supported.

Indeed. Or use composite cables to get a temporary picture and then switch to HDMI output

It's probably set to the wrong thing - hold the power button until you hear extra beeps when you turn it on and it should reset the video settings.
