You can do a client side rule for this in Outlook - just set a rule that checks the incoming address, and auto-reply only to those sent to hav2.

You will not be able to do this with an alias, however if you remove the alias and set up hav2 as a real email box that has a rule to forward everything to havaack. You can then put the vacation...
