According to the TRU ad, the $29.99 price is effective through 9/17 which is the day after release in stores.

If you have an Iphone/Android phone, the shopkick app is offering 20% off one item at Toysrus B&M. Have your sales person scan the barcode in app.
Doesn't exclude pre-orders so may work on Star...
