Amex makes it really easy to dispute something.
For those who didn't get the credit, just dispute it. They'll almost always remove it, in my experience.

I am never doing this again - the merchant uploaded the transaction on SUNDAY. Screwed me out of the $25.00 since I can't "prove" that I made the purchase on Saturday as it was a sit down dinner.
