I just checked the site and it is actually called the Iron Egg Guaranty. Here is the link, but I noticed that the purchase date must be 11/23 or later.

Yes, you will definitely want a sub. The Take system should be a bit better, but these speakers are great. I read the reviews on cnet and suggest you do the same to see if the extra money is worth...
