so basically you were paid $700? - then just see what happens, pretend like it isn't there for a few months, and if it's still there after a few months, lucky you - I would still switch cards though

There was a transaction "REAPPLY FRM ABANDOND PRPTY" on my Citicard, which DECREASED $742 from my balance. I can't identify this transaction, plz cast light on it.
