That sounds more likely - I have seen deals like that often where you can get a decent discount if you want tv, phone (but who has a landline now though?), and internet bundled together. $10/month...

The fine print seems to say it is for select customers adding internet service. I don't interpret it to say you can initiate a new internet only service at this price.

I had Mediacom when I was a student at Mizzou (Columbia, MO). It's pretty terrible. I mean it's worse than Charter terrible.

I am located in the Midwest. We don't have Cox or Time Warner in this area so there's a pretty limited selection of ISP's to choose from. DSL in my area usually runs close to $50 :(
