What browser are you using? You could just take that site address and block it's loading. Opera you can block any ads you want and good to go. Opera rt clk/blk content/ clk ad and it grays it out...

I am seeing for last few weeks that frontpage takes almost forever to load advertisement. I am pretty sure it's not my Verizon FiOS internet speed issue because this problem is only with slickdeals...
