I tried the "Battery Status" app for developer unlocked phones. Don't remember why, but I didn't like it and ended up uninstalling it. You're definitely not the only one who thinks this... the...

I don't know of one currently. I've generally gotten a good sense of the scale of the battery indicator vs the % on my WP from just using it enough. I also never really worry about battery life...

Anybody knows of a good battery display app for window 7.5. I know they have a couple in homebrew, but couldn't find any listed in the regular market if your phone is not developer unlock. I found...

Thanks for the tips. I shipped it back yesterday already after calling their RMA department.

If you still have the phone, I'd try a hard reset first. It couldn't hurt! Apparently the hard reset key press combo is different for the Trophy. It's (from a powered-down state) Hold Volume Up +...

I tried powering it down, taking out the battery route (but didn't try the multiple button route you suggested because I didn't know that one). I couldn't use Settings > About > because the phone...

If you feel there is a problem you should absolutely return it, but I was wondering if you had tried doing a hard reset to fix the issue. This is available on most phones by turning the phone on...

I received mine today. It appears to be an international edition (which is fine by me), because the plug appears to British or something (the seller did throw in a converter plug). But the phone...

Here's what I can say- the international one has a yellow interior, as opposed to the red (source: I owned one). You can see the interior ever so faintly yellow plastic through the speaker shroud on...

I have a Verizon Trophy and can confirm 100% that it also takes a sim card. unlocked it and got an ATT sim in it. PS. ATT are crap for prepaid. they even charge you for a call made that didnt go...

So there's definitely two versions? Apparently the Verizon one does use a SIM.

Sorry, just have to clarify. There were two Trophy's- the Verizon CDMA one, and the GSM-only international one. They aren't the same device and trying to use on the other network won't end well :) ...

Ah, yeah, that makes more sense. Seems to me I remember seeing a blackberry with a verizon/vodaphone branded SIM in it. This would probably take one too.

I think the Trophy is actually one of those phones that Verizon classifies as a World Phone. That is it designed for use on Verizon but will take overseas sim cards. Maybe the seller unlocked the...

The only reason anyone has heard of the Trophy is because it's famously the only Windows Phone available on Verizon, but it seems they didn't care enough about it to keep exclusivity... I guess...

I thought the Trophy was for Verizon? At least the one they offered during microsoft challenge was (i thought).
