Doesn't EBillme do a hard credit pull when you sign up? That's an automatic "no" for me on any offer they're involved in.

So it's not really cash back, it's just a credit towards another gift card from their Gift Card Mall. Also, their minimum GC purchase amount is $25.

this is eBillme rebranded as WU i think. coupons work like, well, coupons, and you can only use them to buy stuff with WU Pay as a payment option, from what i've gathered. i guess i can buy $100...

Can't really figure out if you can get more than (1) $20 bonus. If you make your first order, then you are probably no longer considered a "fist time WU user" for the next order.

Only thing about fees I found are for walk-in payment at a WU store:
$2.95 fee for orders under $100
$4.95 fee for orders $100 to $250
$6.95 fee for orders $250+

I'm reading it as the first gift card purchased over $100 gives you a $20 GC. Then it's just 1% after that. Not positive though.
