If you want cheap, you could just get a buffer wheel attachment for a drill. Well, that route is cheaper assuming you already have some kind of drill.

Unfortunately, I would strongly caution you against color sanding and buffing your truck. This is something that takes a lot of practice/experience to learn how to do properly without causing damage...
