BB shirts are slightly bigger, and have slightly longer sleeves. Not by much, but by a little bit, maybe .33 of an inch in the sleeves and collar, and slightly bigger in the chest.

if you have wide lats (which I do), the extra slim will be too tight around that area when you bring your arms forward. going to exchange it for a slim fit.

I don't wear alot of shirts that have actual measurements. I came from S, M, L dress shirts. I would start off at the tailored fit though if you work out. I was 5 7 at 170ish pounds and wore a 15.5...

I personally roll with the slim fit. People in the last thread were comparing the tailored fit to the 1MX shirts from express. I had a 1MX shirt when I was less built and it was already pretty tight...

The tailored/extra slim fit really isn't that slim. I've got an athletic build, about 155/5'8", and the tailored fit is perfect. Nowhere near to grabbing me too close - if anything I wish the sleeves...
