Pull your free Transunion credit report and see if they have your late payments noted on it. As mentioned early CK uses Transunion, so if they don't have the late payments and Experian does that...

Are you an authorized user or a co-signer or co-applicant? If you are only an authorized user then you are not obligated to pay any of the debt but it could still show up on your credit report.
