Yeah liking most of those specs but you're not going to run those games "smoothly" with a GT 620 GPU. I'd move on and keep looking or build your own.

As Bareborn said, you can build your own gaming PC that will meet your goals for around $700.
If you buy a prebuilt PC it's going to cost you $1,200-$1,500 for the same specs.
