I would say skip this and go for the 2gb model, 1gb will bottleneck this card at higher resolutions when gaming
Not to sure about the 1gb when it come to overclocking but the 2gb ones are beat at...

The 9000 series was released about 4-5 years ago, so the 7850 is a lot faster than the 9600GTO.
