Yeah, writing to gov. staff is a waste of time. I find contacting/calling directly to city councilman is more effective.

There has been movement in both NY and NJ (especially NJ) to make generators mandatory in all gas stations. All Hess stations apparently already have them. Hopefully a lot of other stations learned...
