Totally feeling your pain. Not a clue what the windows are in my Florida home. Craps. However, from experience for whatever reason blinds seem to go on clearance a lot at HD and Lowes.

it looks like you need the regular prices to be over 50, mine was 3 blinds @ 47 (normal retail at like $90 for the 3) with the discount minus another $5, so was 42.xx

I don't close until next month either. Go get measurements like I did. I measured windows, appliances, doors, etc. I also jotted down things like what type of faucets and closet doors.
