You just have to redeem the points on the UR website. The credit is applied in 3-5 days in my experience. If you have a checking account with them, you can also choose to have the money transferred.

I was referring to my points :) i don't use them for anything but statement credits. i typically don't use my chase card unless it's a gas quarter. i use the capital one that gives i think 1% now...
