Does anyone know how to get the presets working? When the camera is in the position I want it, I click on set. Then pan and tilt it somewhere else and hit go, nothing happens!

What's everyone's opinion about the audio output from the cam? I don't have anything to compare with, but mine sounds tinny/raspy. Not sure if this is normal for this cam or if mine is defective.

Why don't you try it yourself? They have a demo. Just be patient while you learn how to use it. It can be confusing setting it up but only because it has a ton of features.
