You're gonna have to pay for the tax (based off of original SGIII price = $600) in addition to the 250. And yes, each phone would have the 2 year contract.

From what I have read the DNA's big downfalls is the non removable not so great battery and no external sd cards. The battery was a deal breaker for me but the phone is pretty awesome.

I got two yesterday in Berkeley, CA on Verizon. $225 after taxes :-/
