Best strategy is continually buying each week.. not to "time the market." Overall you will do well. Forget timing. Its "Time value of money" Start at 16/18 and do 10% of salary you are gold...

yup. Buy the dips. Bought in June 2012, Fall/winter 2012 (fiscal cliff was awesome, especially for certain investments like MLPs), and most recently June 2013 dip.

Moral of the story...timing the market does not work. Keep investing. I just moved $3k to an index fund last week and will continue to invest regardless of what the market does.
