The first thing to do is rename your target hard drive "Data" or something else, if you prefer.
Then make the following new folders.

If you can shrink your boot partition to around the size of the SSD you can just use Windows backup to create a system image and restore that onto the SSD.

You would have to shrink and/or move around the partitions on the HDD to make them fit on the SSD. This could break the recoverability of your original HDD.

Like I said, my Dell Recovery Cd's created the recovery partition. I don't know how the Lenovo setup is, but you can't hurt anything trying it. Install the SSD first before you add the second drive.
