That sucks. I hope you have a copy of what you sent it. I actually wrote my name on address on the front of the UPC sheet just in case it was lost. Hopefully you can contact them and get it fixed.

I sent in the entire thing... I didnt tear anything.
They cut the thing i sent in, the scan of my stuff shows my upc cut.
I distinctly remember not cutting it.

my rebate was approved already. the magician software worked for this drive, but wouldn't worked for my Samsung 830 128 gig drive, on another computer? Maybe the software is picky.

I'm surprised TD went to all that trouble to repack the bulk drives. Even more strange is I received two drives and each one has a different style insert.

I'm going to put my money on you not having a problem receiving your rebate if you tape the pieces back together. Like you said, you could even contact the rebate processor to be extra safe.

What am I missing? How bad did you rip it?
Very carefully line up the printed barcode, tape it together from the back, tape to the completed rebate form and mail.
