Your second link (the 120hz model) is not the same model number as this Dell deal....Even Walmart and Crutchfield have the OP's model as a 60hz unit

Still think the LG is better, Granted it's not 120hz. but the other one included 3D, it was 42, and priced at 400 which didn't require coupons to buy other stuff at dell.
