I ended up ordering through Walmart. Total came out to $149.99 w/ no tax or shipping to CA.
Costco price is $159.99 + tax off $279 price = Comes out to $184, but they do give you a free accessory...

Costco charges tax off of $275. The full price of the phone in their system is $275. Not sure why but thats what happened at the Costco in Northern Cali.
