I think people are arguing that it's called an Ultrabook and it weighs 4lbs. When I hear Ultrabook, I'm thinking a Zenbook, Carbon, Series 9, or an S7.

1.7 GHz Core i7-3517U (amazon) vs i7-3537U (dell), also I don't see any for $720, more like $740-750. + warranty from Dell. Also how weak are you guys that you can't handle a 4lb laptop? In my...

Though one can set it up like this; the mSATA SSD is intended as a cache drive (e.g. with Intel's RST or Rapid Start). I'd consider the screen potentially a deal killer though. Would be nice if it...

I ordered one of those Outlet New deals several months ago, a cheap laptop just to get me by. Turns out to be one of the best laptops I have ever owned. Came with a 750gb 5400rpm drive which I...

This is definitely not a SD, when the 14z deals were rolling out I almost ordered an Outlet New model for $350. No 1080p and poor battery life do not make an ultrabook, not to mention the weight :D

i thought ultrabooks were usually 3lbs and under? I guess they can call pretty much anything an ultrabook now.

The one from Dell has a 2 year warranty. I can't seem to find the warranty info on the one at Amz, but the Dell one seems like a good deal to me on a machine with those specs.

Not a good price. I just bought the laptop last week for 600 with 1600x900 and GT610 w/1gb. Note: I/O on this hard drive is terrible (Google search). Consider swapping it for a real SSD.

would be real hot if you get the two gift cards and get $100 off and then call dell and get them to remove the 2 years support and knock off another $50-75 - final price would be under $500 if...
