Mine is delivered today and it got an issue with noise, makes crazy broken belt noise when you start and keeps giving fan error message.

i have hadl almost ever irobot out there starting with the original. And still love the ease of it neat is great but, irobot is much better.

If you run a Roomba after the Neato you will definitely pick up some disgusting things. Neato is eaiser to live with but spotty reliability. (However, great customer service until it's not)
