If it is ill fitting, take a picture of the Nook in the case and email the seller. Getting it replaced should be simple.

Reviews for the HD+ one are not too comforting. The locking clasp is too tight a fit and will separate the seams of the Nook over time. Pass.

I prefer the thinner style case that is in the OP on my Nexus 7 so getting one for the Nook HD+ for $6 is great.
I doubt they'll be in stock long with all the Nooks being sold this week.
