I disagree. Hell, the first one I had ran an air-hammer several times while repairing a crack in a basement wall. Granted, the air-hammer would run the tank down fairly quick, but it kept up well...

You can use brad nails up to (I think) 2.5", no problem. It could limit you to 2" though, I don't remember exactly. But smaller is OK. Good question.
