Yeah I would rather pay DOUBLE to have those games on Steam than save $ and have them on Origin... Every time I reformat I spend 2-3 hours fixing my origin games and I end up losing 2-3 of them....

Then just buy cheap games and play them in the first couple months. I guess heavy gamers would disagree with BF3 being worth $15 to just play the single-player. But chances are they won't delete it...

Is there anyone who wants these bundles that doesn't already own a couple of the games? As for Origin...it's not Steam, but it's better than the GOG Downloader and works just fine for BF3.

when the steam sale started I was looking forward to a sale on dead space 3, then I realized its EA and I never play games that use the origin client. to bad its not included in this sale.

I generally don't trust a company that has an obvious record of launching buggy products, lying to the fans about their games, adding obvious advertisements for their DLC into their games and banning...

i'm suppose to pick up Crysis 3 (part of the AMD Never Settle bundle) from Craigslist for $10... should I get this collection or Crysis 3... i see that the collection doesn't include Crysis 3......

Yup, that's why I'm not going to buy things from EA digital store. I just don't trust them to not delete or cripple my games sometime in the future to push a newer version. This is EA after all.

And as one of the many people who has used Origin from the beginning (didn't have any choice as a BF3 player)...it's fine. It started out a little rough, and the privacy issues were warranted, but...

If you haven't yet played Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - grab it. Fantastic game. I just wish the makers had hung around to develop a sequel.
