the voltage is what will reduce the power consumption.. I would just set it to stock and enable the power-saving features you probably turned off while OCing

CPU is now overclocked. I haz liquid cooling on the cpu and is overclocked from 3.8 ghz to 4.7 stable!:bounce::bounce:;)

I believe when the CPU is not being used it already lowers it's own clock speed by itself. If you lowered the speed and memory timings you could potentially save $$ but the real question is how much....
