I for one do not like water cooling. sure it works well, but some of the pumps get noisy and have seen some failures even on closed loops albeit scarce, not going to risk it for 2-400mhz extra...

Well you are applying a general coupon code to get that price. You can apply the same code to a mid range water cooler that performs better for cheaper. The only reason to go with the noctua I guess...
