Over the air broadcasts will either be 720p, 1080I, or 420I or 420p. If you're tv supports upscaling then it will say it is 1080p but it will never be massively 1080p.

I couldn't get this thing to work at all. It is poorly constructed and didn't pick up a single channel. Gamble away your $7 if you are desperate, but I wouldn't recommend it
