I don't have a clue what Ti does with these GC's. I honestly don't care, all I know is that I have money in my Paypal account and I'm no longer stressing over the dell promo gc's.

I too was part of the Dell/Samsung TV deal so I have 1x$200, 2x$75 and 1x $59 from the 60" deal. I have the 200 listed on ebay currently and received and email from this guy. I'm still questioning...

Ive used it this site a couple times. They are ultra responsive and quick and easy. 85% cash back thru paypal for your dell gift cards. I will use them again in the future!
