None. If I'm not mistaken, selling codes such as this isn't even allowed on ebay (though people get away with it), and I always suspected verification was the reason why.

Just a tip for people, you don't need the 3DS pin code. If you register the game (pin code) and the 3DS serial number on Club Nintendo, just email Nintendo support and say your gf/bf/mom/dad threw...

Donkey kong is one of the cheaper new ones in the list. Amazon has it for like $28. And it is a pretty sweet game. If you like platformers and you haven't played it, I would strongly recommend it.
