It's a bug in their mobile app. You pay for shipping and then get it refunded (as you're a premier member) by chatting with their CS rep.
EDIT: Looks like this promotion has so many exclusions....

I was doing the same mistake as others probably are, after signing in with Masterpass and applying the code. I kept clicking on secure checkout instead of clicking on the Masterpass checkout.
