Yeah, you've always been able to do that. Just send the person an invite e-mail. The other person will have Prime shipping and no access to your account.

I'm assuming he did the regular prime sharing where each account is completely individual and can't see the other's activity. This new information shared account is not how it worked in the past....

If you don't have Netflix, or Hulu, shop a lot online and you're in a state that doesn't charge sales tax, this is totally worth the money.
And with amazon student this is only $49 a year.
