I did a google search and reset my carrier services, and it's working now. even though the signal strength is showing weak, but it's now connected to internet.

The Moto E has exceptionally good radios and antennas like all Motorola phones. So it could be what you are seeing is just that the Moto E outperforms the ZTE speed. I would go ahead and reset...

The Union has a SIMGLW236C micro SIM. From what I can find online, the S4 seems to take a SIMGLW206R. Double check to make sure.

Can the sim, since it's new, be used on other devices to activate on Sprint MVNOs (FP, R+)? I have an LTE phone that's missing a sim and can't activate on R+ unless I have a sim.

It's fine for WiFi calling at home or to give to a kid to play with. If you are going to use Boost as your cell phone service, I would look for a better phone - find a 2 year old Sprint flagship...

Yeah but the WCDMA/HSPA is only bands 2 & 5, so it could be limited on T-Mobile at least I think.
