I didn't pull the trigger because 2 things. Both seem like couple year old models. New jet leaf type is a big improvement. Also trimmer for new one new one has rotating edger and bigger 40v battery.

I bought the 18V combo a year ago. Now wishing I bought the 40V and might replace with this set. Not sure why this deal isnt getting more love. Seems pretty darn slick to me! Thanks OP

A battery by itself will run $100. I'm not sure I like the switch on the blower, but for $129 I may give it try since I already have a 40v chainsaw.
