Looks like if you used a phone that was a previous cricket phone they are denying the $35 credit. Would have been nice to have been in the Terms and Conditions.

If I have a 5 line account, can I cancel 4 lines and still keep ALL credits for the 1 existing line? I did this a few years ago but don't know if they're cracking down now and terms have changed...

You can chat with them to cancel -- tell them you need to cancel one of the lines since you no longer need it
