Awesome. The heads up I was saying was if you had an old phone that said cricket on it or if you bought a phone that said cricket on it to do the promo cricket is denying the $35 credit.

Looks like if you used a phone that was a previous cricket phone they are denying the $35 credit. Would have been nice to have been in the Terms and Conditions.

You can chat with them to cancel -- tell them you need to cancel one of the lines since you no longer need it
