I wouldn't buy a refurbed vacuum sealer, their motor lifespan is limited you could end up with one that functions now but will die sooner rather than later. Plus, I don't know if it was used properly...

I have this model. It works great! Just a note, I didn't realize mushrooms are about 90% water so when I went to seal some it was like ringing out a sponge. Otherwise it has worked very well.
