Well, you need to root the device first. Then you can do anything you want. To root the device, you need version 5.12. For now, I think you can only do sideload Play store with 5.3.1.0

when I got my tablet, went on fredompop website and activated it by putting in the IMEI and my email then chose basic free plan and say NO to all the Free add ons you get the temp password in...

All you had to do was set up a sip app using the info from the fluid wifi on your dashboard. You decided not to do that. Your sip device doesn't even have to be tied to Ring+, just connected to wifi....
