this laptop is horrible already out of the box... first the trackpad did not work as it jumps and is not usable after a few swipes. a usb mouse remedied that but its still a problem if the trackpad...

I agree I just installed an SSD in an open box version of this and its so much faster. 4 gb is fine for web and regular school work. Mechanical hard drives make these PCs seem slower.

Memory is not upgradable. I m loading win 10 backon it now. It should be fine with 4 gb and am ssd. No ssd will be torture.

Yup, N3700 has a single thread rating of 500 on Passmark bench. That's barely enough to browse with Chrome on Windows 10. Slow as molasses when paired this OS.
