bought two pairs of these and one just quite connecting and when i would power on the light would just flash red and blue. emailed customer service on urlhasbeenblocked site and crickets

Thanks, in for 2! My last pair lasted me almost 2 years-- I did have to take them apart and put them back together on more than one occasion cuz I'd smash 'em, but the fact that they still worked...
