That's because it has dust issues. If you want to buy ff but want to save, go with D610, which took care of the dust problem.

Yes the D750 is superior than the 6D. The 6D is much older. Honestly in my opinion, you should buy the camera that is right for you and not get lured in by a deal. I'll most likely get the 6D Mark II...

No comparison, D750 all the way. Better AF system, higher dynamic range, more MP, 15 cross-type focus points vs 1 on the 6d, etc.

I completely disagree if photography is your hobby. DSLR, especially full frame, is in every way FAR superior to any phone camera.
If you're just taking snapshots, then yes, phone's are adequate.
