Wasn't going to reply back, but I saw this go front page and then the big, red, bold letters about GPU vram. What in the world would you need all that vram for? I don't want to see anyone waste $...

It depends on what you are looking to do with it (over 1080p screen resolution, FreeSync/G-Sync, how high of graphics settings you want to play at, etc.) For the most part, the 970 would still hold...

:lmao: do you even have a 1070? I get over 100 FPS max settings 1440p in Overwatch. Check the reviews, any modern game will be over 50 FPS in 1440p.

I see that the OP had Jet contact them and they did confirm that Jet is a valid reseller. This is good to know going forward. Having said that, this deal is now dead. The price is jacked up. But...

As DX12 is now coming out along side all the major game releases, Everyone should check out the DX12 benchmarks to get a taste of what the 480 does vs the 1060. Or should I say "how the 470 competes...

I had Gigabyte and MSI versions of 1060 for a couple weeks each. I did like the cooler on the MSI better, but thought the Gigabyte still had better construction and behavior than EVGA and Zotac...
