I Agree with other users who say it runs out before finishing your entire mouth. Not a huge deal.

I asked my dentist about this and they said no concerns about using it too much.
If anything it's more of a risk to use Listerine because of the ph level of listerine which can soften the gum...

Just a note for ones that live with or near people: This thing makes a ton of noise when placed on the countertop. Even on lowest setting. I usually pick mine up to reduce the sound at night.
