The global sims data last longer and aren't much slower for standard browsing. Hopefully they aren't going away. Maybe the @freedompop rep can chime in.

This happened to me too. They say it's automatic and we agreed to that when we signed up. I even asked them to check my account and make sure I had everything cancelled and I would not get charged...
