ymmv. I hear all the horror stories but I've had better experiences with Comcast compared to Charter, CenturyLink and other now defunct ISPs. Comcast is the best option for a lot of people.

Yes it does. My final bill is around $39 per month without contract. Otherwise the only offer I had was $29.99 with contract and 10Mbps speeds.
