These are really nice to have if you live in a household with children. It may not have loads of nutrition, but there's enough to keep a parent happy and the kids will eat them without complaining.

I agree with you. the thing is that the body has a limit and cannot absorb 1,000mg nor 500 mg in a day and you pee it all out. Taking a couple of this a day would be ok. I'm not gonna say anything...
